RITES dividend 2023: RITES on Tuesday, October 31 announced its second interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24 of Rs 4.5 per share of face value of Rs 10, translating to a 45 per cent of paid-up share capital of the company.

The board has fixed November 8 as the record date. “Board may consider payment of Second Interim Dividend, for the F.Y 2023-24, if any. The Company has fixed Wednesday, November 08, 2023 as the Record date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend for the F.Y 2023-24,” the company’s regulatory filing read.
